Fundamentals of Materials and Operations Management

(FOUR MODULE PROGRAM)

The program is designed for people working in the field of materials, operations management, or in a functional area that interfaces with them who need to learn the basic concepts, techniques, and terminology of operations management.  

The material used is prepared for APICS by professional course writers with the assistance of subject matter experts.  Completion of this program will greatly improve the participant’s knowledge of materials and operations management, knowledge that can be used in the working environment.  These practical courses are based on a solid body of knowledge evolved over the past century.   

It is important to understand that these modules are not intended to directly prepare students for the APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) professional certification exams.  This program will provide a suitable academic background for those who wish to continue their studies towards CPIM.

* Currently there are no scheduled Fundamentals classes. If you are interested in the Fundamentals of Inventory Control course please contact the APICS Phoenix Chapter Vice-President of Education for more information.

Course Fees:

$350 - Pre-registered member of APICS, ISM or IMA (must provide member info)
$150 - Pre-registered APICS Student Chapter Member
$525 - Non-member - Includes 1-year membership

NOTE:  The above fees do not include course materials, which need to be ordered from APICS after registering for this couse.  Make sure to order materials at least one week before cours start; expedited shipping is available at an additional charge when ordering.  

Registration Info:

Makenote of registration deadlines!   If paying with a credit card, payment is considered received when submitting a registration form if a valid card number and expiration date are provided (card must not be declined when processed).  However, your credit card will not be charged until after the first night of course.  

If you register on-line, you will receive a confirmation page.  Please print this for your records.  If registering by mail, you may request that a confirmation be sent to you by including the request with your registration form or by emailing the Chapter via e-mail at info@apicsphoenix.org
