Did you ever initiate the Lean Transformation but was unable to sustain the culture or results? This presentation will provide the strategy and tools to complete the Lean Transformation process and sustain the results. It contains a quick overview of the lean tools such as mixed model demand analysis and using value steam mapping to achieve significant delivery cycle times and inventory reduction. In addition we will discuss how to create business process metrics to sustain the achieved results.

                

Speaker: Robert Lundeen 



Robert Lundeen is a certified Lean and 6 Sigma expert with 27 years’ experience with Honeywell International in sourcing, global supply chain and production and inventory control. He is currently working as business consultant (President RL Consultants)for a small aerospace company acting as their quality and engineering program manager. In addition, he is past president of the APICS Phoenix chapter, CPIM certified and earned an MBA for the University of Phoenix.
