Jack is President of Topview Consulting Group, a firm dedicated to maximizing client’s materials management effectiveness and the reduction of waste.

Jack has been plant manager of a manufacturing facility that has been instrumental in leading many operations management and waste reduction changes that helped the Division become among the best performers in the corporation.

He has held positions as Materials Manager, Inventory Control Manager, Contracts Administrator, and was the Scheduling Manager for the C-17 Military Airlift Program for McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing).

Jack has a Bachelor’s Degree from California State University Fullerton and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He has held APICS Chapter management positions in Orange County, California and Phoenix, Arizona including Chapter President and VP Education. He has also taught the APICS CPIM Certification Review Courses.
