Thomas Van Eimeren has over 15 years experience in Distribution & Manufacturing, with a primary focus on process improvement using Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma techniques. Thomas is an accredited Lean Sigma Green Belt who has, in the past decade, consulted, led & participated in over 100 successful Kaizen & CPI events in the Manufacturing & Distribution environments. Thomas has led cross-functional teams, involving participants with roles from a wide spectrum of the supply chain.

Thomas is a new member to the APICS Phoenix Chapter & is currently pursuing his APICS certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).

Currently, Thomas is a Training & CPI Supervisor for Arrow Electronics Inc. Areas of responsibility at Arrow include: Ownership of the 5S & CPI Programs at Arrow’s Phoenix Integration & Logistics Facility, Champion of the Kaizen program at that location, including a hands on approach of leading various events, Lean Layout Design, inclusive of the production floor & warehousing space, Mentoring Training Coordinators, as well as managing all Training programs and classes to ensure they meet Arrow’s strategic training objectives.

Thomas holds multiple certifications from IPC & US Department of Labor for Training, including: IPC-A-610 Application Specialist Trainer, IPC/WHMA-A-620 Application Specialist Trainer and OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer.
