Francisco Lara has senior experience in Sales and Operational roles in International Supply Chain assignments. His expertise includes account management, process improvement and operational excellence along the entire Supply Chain. He worked for more than eight years in the Supply Chain industry leading business growth with High Tech companies, increasing the profitability of FMCG contracts and designing and implementing process improvement practices in logistics centers. He currently works as Manager - Business Unit, Logistics at Philosophy/BioTech Research Labs where he has the day-to-day responsibility for all Logistics operational functions to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of service.

His current academic interests are focused on achieving his APICS CPIM certification, becoming a CPIM instructor with variety of corporate clients in the Valley, and pursuing his CSCP certification. He sits on the Boards of Directors of the CSCMP AZRoundtable and the APICS Phoenix Chapter. He is fluent in Spanish, English, German, Serbo-Croatian and Catalan. He graduated with honors with the MBA in Global Management at Thunderbird in 2008.
