Mrs. Joyce Lewis provides Instructional Technology support and training at local Valley educational institutions. Prior to this, Joyce was responsible for implementing worldwide SAP Production & Planning (PP) systems and training for Innovex, Inc., in her role as SAP Business Analyst. Joyce was a Phoenix Chapter President (99-00) and led the Chapter's management team to achieve the Chapter's first Citation of Excellence award from the APICS Association.  She is primarily responsible for the updated APICS Phoenix Chapter website.

Joyce is an active member on the APICS Board and was a Chapter CPIM Certification Review Course Instructor and was designated as a Wualified Instructor at the Association level for all CPIM Certification Review Seminars. She currently holds both APICS CPIM and ISM Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) certifications, in addition to Arizona Teacher certification and provisional Structured English Immersion (SEI) endorsement for grades K-8. She represents the Chapter at local educational institutions such as Arizona State University and provides students with guidance on career paths related to resource management.

Joyce has a Bachelor's of Science, Magna Cum Laude in Purchasing and Logistics from Arizona State University, and received the Outstanding Graduating Senior Award for both the Supply Chain Management Department and for the College of Business, 1998.  She also holds a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Phoenix, 2004. Joyce was recently nominated by students and selected for inclusion in the “Who’s Who Among American Teachers, 2007”. Based on evaluations and attendee feedback, Joyce was selected as the APICS Phoenix Chapter "2007-2008 Instructor of the Year."
