The purpose of this page is to assist members in maintaining their CPIM or CFPIM certifications. Links to the APICS.ORG website are provided.

• You must maintain a professional development journal to document your points. You can use the PDF version available from APICS or you may download the spreadsheet version from opsmath.com. The spreadsheet totals the points in the format APICS wants to ease your submittal. Make sure to retain the documentation provided at the APICS Phoenix Chapter events such as the receipts provided at the Professional Development Meetings (PDM), or the Certificate of Completion provided for educational courses and seminars. A records search fee of $25 may be charged to provide additional documentation and support if you do not maintain copies and request the chapter provide the information for you.
