Susan Trinkle has worked in Operations Management for over 25 years. Her experience is diverse in both industry and application. She’s worked with Medical Devices, Nutritional supplements, Skin and Personal care products, Pharmaceuticals and snack foods. She’s practiced as a chemist in R&D and Quality Control, was a laboratory supervisor in Quality Control, and held numerous positions in Materials Management such as a planner, production and inventory supervisor, master scheduler and materials manager. Ultimately, she branched into purchasing, manufacturing, packaging, distribution and finally, global operations management.

Currently, Ms. Trinkle is the founder of Operations Distinction, a consulting firm based in Phoenix. For the past 15 years, Susan has worked exclusively with start up companies both public and privately held, in Multi-Level Marketing and conventional sales. Her passion for developing human and organizational potential, enthusiasm about creating innovative solutions and processes, and fascination with a challenge promises that long-term business and revenue growth is achieved and sustained and that costs are reduced and quality enhanced while adhering to strict local, state, and government regulations such as the FDA.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from California State University in Fullerton. In addition, she has the degree of Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Furthermore, Susan is an active member of the American Society of Quality (ASQ) and National Association for Female Executives (NAFE) and an adjunct Profession of Advanced Degrees in Business and Quality Programs with the University of Phoenix. She is a twenty-eight year member of APICS with CPIM certification.
