Ms. Ouellette has more than 10 years experience in Operations Management. Currently Marti is the Production Control and Material Requirements Planning Manager for MD Helicopters in Mesa, Arizona. Marti and her husband recently relocated to Arizona from Utah where Marti was employed as a Program manager for the FA-22 Raptor Program at Hill Air Force Base.

Marti is a current member of the Phoenix APICS chapter and is serving as Vice President of Membership as well as Company Coordinator. She is certified by APICS in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).

Marti holds a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology from Arizona State University and spent a few years as Executive Director of a small non-profit environmental group running their research operations.
