Ms. Ehrlich has more than two decades of sales and operations experience in high technology industries. She has led organizations in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementations. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean expert, she is also a recognized specialist in driving systematic, sustainable improvements in business performance.

Currently, Derinda is the Vice President of Global Operational Excellence at Avnet, Inc. In her role at Avnet, Derinda is responsible for helping lead efforts focused on achieving business process improvement and innovation using methods such as Lean, Six Sigma and Change Management.

Derinda is a current a member of the Phoenix APICS chapter and is a past member of the Chicago chapter. She is certified by APICS in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM). In addition to being an APICS instructor, Derinda is a continuing education instructor in project management, supplier management and business leadership.

Derinda holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a Masters in Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
